House Rules

Dear Guests / Patients!

1. Until group classes start, or until our colleagues arrive, please wait in the changing room or corridor.
2. Please enter treatment rooms only in the presence of our staff or when invited, to avoid disturbing ongoing treatments and group sessions.
3. We cannot take responsibility for injuries caused by missing the warm-up if a guest arrives late for a group class.
4. If a group is full, we are not obliged to provide a place for guests arriving without prior registration.
5. We cannot take responsibility for valuables left unlocked in the changing room or forgotten there after class. Please place valuables in lockable lockers during class.
6. All guests use the services at their own responsibility and risk.
7. Please do not attend group classes or individual therapies if you have cold symptoms or other signs of illness.
8. Please remove outdoor shoes in the area before the changing room and put them back on there after class or treatment, especially in rainy and winter periods.
9. Changing shoes, sportswear and a towel are mandatory in the exercise room.
10. Please leave mobile phones in the changing room during group classes. Phones may only be brought into the room on silent mode.
11. Guests using the exercise room may use the central restrooms of the building; the key is next to the changing room entrance.
12. Guests arriving for morning group classes should check their email before leaving in case of cancellation or other updates.
13. Please use the same email address for every Motibro login that you used at registration to avoid problems with bookings, passes and remaining sessions.
14. For senior classes, remaining pass sessions are also tracked on paper. Please bring your pass card to every class.
15. Every pass is valid for 45 days from purchase. Please keep this in mind when buying a pass.

Cancellation:

• Group and individual classes can be cancelled free of charge no later than 4 hours before the class starts. Morning group classes are an exception and must be cancelled 12 hours before class.
• If cancellation happens within 4 hours, the guest will have a payment obligation as a penalty fee equal to 50% of the individual session price. For group class passes, the full session is deducted.
• If a guest is not present 10 minutes after class starts and cannot be reached by phone, the class is considered cancelled and handled under the rules above.
• If the physiotherapist cancels a booked appointment, FizioTars is not obliged to reimburse costs or pay damages. The physiotherapist is not obliged to provide an urgent replacement appointment.
• By purchasing a pass or day ticket, guests accept the house rules.
