Mesterné Tóth Bernadett

Physiotherapist and manual therapist

I am Bernadett Mesterne Toth, physiotherapist and manual therapist. I graduated from the physiotherapy program at the Faculty of Public Health of the University of Debrecen in 2013. At the beginning of my career, I worked mainly in rheumatology, orthopaedics and traumatology, with particular attention to patients with lower-back and spinal complaints.

After the birth of my children, my interest turned to obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy. Supporting and providing professional care for women and men living with pelvic-floor dysfunction became my vocation.

My goal is for my patients to receive not only symptomatic treatment, but also the understanding and support needed for a real, long-term solution and improved quality of life. I consider continuous professional development and using the most up-to-date therapeutic approaches essential.

In 2025, I completed the Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Trainer postgraduate program at the University of Pecs. In May 2026, I also completed the manual therapy training accredited by the Holistic Medicine Foundation of Semmelweis University, Faculty of Medicine.

Manual therapy uses hands-on diagnostic and treatment techniques to help with many musculoskeletal complaints. It plays a key role in reducing pain, restoring function and supporting recovery. This approach is especially important in pelvic-floor rehabilitation, because pelvic function is closely connected to the condition of the spine, hips, pelvis and connective-tissue system.

I believe that recovery is built on attention and personalised therapy. My priority is to accompany those who turn to me throughout their recovery with expertise, empathy and genuine support.
